We have an exchange policy (readymade products) if informed within 24 hrs of delivery (unboxing valid video must). You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for exchange of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We entertain valid unboxing video for any missing product/damage/complaint.
Return Policy
Return policy would serve as an agreement between Vivid Cluster, and our customers . We only offer a refund or an exchange policy based on the damage happen during transit of product delivered. We do not offer refund /exchange on personal cancellations of orders.
We have a return policy (readymade products) if the product you receive is physically damaged during transit and is informed to us within 24 hrs of delivery (unboxing valid video must). we will arrange a pick up and once we received the products we will dispatch the new products.

No return /refund /exchange policy for customised products, As we work on dry floral Jewellery, it is very light weighted and we pack it tightly with care but still in a very rare condition if it get detached during transit, kindly don’t panic in this situation.it easily get fix with normal glue at home. we are here to assist you anytime.

There is no RETURN/EXCHANGE on offer products /customised products we replace only damaged products with same design (unboxing valid video must).
Defective and Damaged Items
All our products are checked before packing. We also pack carefully so that the product does not get damaged during transit. But in case of very rare instance of items get damaged in transit, please contact us here within 24 hours . (unboxing valid video must).
There is no refund for manufacturer issue, only we can exchange/replace the product in case of transit damage.
We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item, once the faulty item has been returned to us by post. We will dispatch the replacement .
